Terms of Service
These terms explain the general conditions for using the Stratobytes website and working with Stratobytes LLC.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to the website, communications, proposals, and services provided by Stratobytes LLC. By using this website, contacting us, requesting a proposal, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that company or organization.
Services
Stratobytes LLC provides software development, website development, integrations, audits, marketing, technical support, and related consulting services. Service descriptions on this website are general information and do not create a binding project scope by themselves.
Specific deliverables, timelines, prices, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or other agreed project document.
Proposals, Pricing, and Payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or general pricing references unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity, integrations, content readiness, support needs, and other requirements.
Payment terms, deposits, milestones, late payment rules, and billing currency are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or contract. Work may be paused if required payments are overdue.
Client Responsibilities
To complete work effectively, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, access to required systems, content, approvals, and any third-party credentials or licenses needed for the project.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide, including text, images, data, trademarks, and third-party assets, can legally be used in the project.
Changes to Scope
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require a change order, revised estimate, additional fee, or adjusted timeline. Stratobytes LLC will communicate material scope changes before proceeding with additional work.
Intellectual Property
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you own final project deliverables created specifically for you after all required payments for those deliverables have been received.
Stratobytes LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, internal processes, know-how, templates, libraries, and general techniques used to deliver services. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, frameworks, APIs, hosting, and other external services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, CRM systems, CMS plugins, advertising platforms, app stores, or API providers. Stratobytes LLC is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account restrictions, or failures caused by third-party services.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to take reasonable care with non-public business, technical, financial, account, and project information received from the other party. Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a separate agreement or NDA.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website or services for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, spam, infringement, malware, deceptive practices, or activity that harms systems, users, or third parties.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Stratobytes LLC provides services with reasonable professional care. Except for commitments stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, specific search rankings, advertising results, revenue outcomes, or compatibility with all future third-party changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratobytes LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, service delays, third-party failures, data issues, or project outcomes.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Stratobytes LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a written agreement states a different limit.
Termination
Either party may end a service relationship according to the termination terms in the applicable proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement. Amounts owed for completed work, approved expenses, active subscriptions, or committed third-party costs remain payable.
Changes to These Terms
Stratobytes LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
